Contracts

We prepare and verify all types of contracts, including:

• civil law contracts (e.g. sale contract, order contract),
• trade agreements (e.g. distribution agreement, forwarding contract),

ensuring appropriate clarity and precision of provisions of agreements and applying legal guarantees enabling realisation of rights and obligations. Such agreements also allow prompt and effective assertion of their realisation or to obtain compensation in case of breach of their provisions by a counterparty. We tailor the content of agreements to needs of our Clients, nature and circumstances of legal relations.

We analyze and issue opinions concerning content of agreements presented to us in terms of benefits and legal security of our Clients, as well as correctness and feasibility of provisions contained therein and, if the need arises, we introduce appropriate modifications and comments to existing agreements, protecting interests of our Clients.
