• associations, fundations, branches and other legal entities,

counselling entrepreneurs on all stages of organisation, running and termination of a business activity. We also provide direct legal services including drafting bylaws of a Polish company with provisions fulfiling needs of our Clients and compliant with effective regulations of Polish law, creation of structures and registration of a Polish company in national registers (including register of entrepreneurs – the National Court Register, Statistical Office, Inland Revenue), tranformation of an entity leading to modification of a legal form of running of a business activity, merger or division, as well as liquidation of a Polish company and its deletion from the national registers.

Depending on preferences and needs of our Clients, we provide ad hoc counselling (e.g. legal advices, legal opinions) and specific legal services (e.g. creation of bylaws, preparation of registration documents and motions) or comprehensive legal suport for entrepreneurs (all activities required for registration and running of a business activity).
